Smoked Salmon Cucumber Discs
I recently made some Dalliscious items for a good friend's salon opening. The food seemed to be a hit.
In addition to this dish, I made red wine marinated steak and gorgonzola bruschetta, edamame hummus and tomato bruschetta. They all disappeared!

Working at the Riverview Farms
I've started a new gig occasionally helping out the grass-fed beef and Berkshire pork farmers, Charlotte and Wes. Here I am with Suzanne. Come see me Saturday mornings at the Peachtree Road market. I'll be there off and on through August.

Congrats 5 Seasons Brewery Westside!
This is a restaurant passionate about quality and sustainable food as well as serving those sometimes overlooked, like those who are gluten-free. Plus they have a great staff!

Congrats Ryan Walcott!
I presented Ryan with a Dalliscious Server of the Year award. He seemed pleased. He earned it! What a terrific person! Head to 5 Seasons Brewery Westside and if you're lucky he'll be working.

Dalliscious Teacher of the Year
Earlier this month I presented Chef Paul Luna with a Dalliscious award. He's definitively earned it. Chef, you've been a great resource for my school projects and I greatly appreciate your extra guidance during my practice sessions. Thanks so much! Keep it Dalliscious Chef Luna!
Last, thanks for not making me tourne a coffee bean.

Lunatics in the Railway District!!
Watch out Mitchell Street! Paul Luna is cookin' up a storm for and with his new neighbors... that's me! I had a great day and learned much from my new friend. Be sure to check out Black Market, 231 Mitchell Street, Downtown Atlanta! It's DALLISCIOUS!
Cynthia, at the front of the house, is a beauty too! Elegant and lovely!
If the beef strips and roasted peppers sandwich is on the menu be sure to say it's great... that was my addition. :-) BWOOP!

Tailgating with Chef Marvin Woods at Whiskey Blue
Chef Marvin added some of his Dalliscious spices (look for them in the market soon!) to some steak and pork tenderloin. We finished the meal with a grilled fruit salad with honey and orange glaze. Dall-ish!! BWOOP! Marvin you're the best!

Corinne Trang, Noodles Every Day
The first of many opportunities I've had to work with great chefs.
From her new book, Noodles Every Day, Corinne demonstrated some Dalliscious recipes and helped guests engage and learn how to make them. This included summer rolls, grilled stuffed grapes leaves, mango salad and many others. The peanut sauce was super Dall-ish!
Corinne Trang was dubbed "the Julia Child of Asian cooking" by the Washington Post. Ms. Trang is a chef, award-winning author, beverage and food consultant and recipe developer.

Season 1’s Top Chef Winner, Harold Dieterle
Isn't he adorable? I was fortunate enough to hang with Harold and Ilan (see photo below) one evening here in Atlanta. They are both lovely!

Alton Brown's 10th Anniversary Show
I helped make 500 14" pancakes for a 10' high pancake cake. (There were actually several cakes, for rehearsals too.) It was covered in glow-in-the-dark icing and it shot fireworks out the top. Look for the episode to air October 10th. Alton lost 45 pounds, so if you think he looks thinner, you're right.
I met Ted Allen there also, very personable.
Oh! The people they show making the pancakes are NOT the real people making the pancakes! I get no glory for my efforts.
